MDS has in place many policies and procedures incorporated into our operations and day to day practices. These policies and procedures govern how we operate and the standard to which we deliver services. Some of these policies and procedures we have in place provide guidelines on things such as; how we manage your personal information, how we have responded to COVID-19 and the steps we are taking to minimise risk, how you can expect MDS staff to conduct themselves etc.
All our staff are trained to act in accordance with our policies and understand what is required from them with respect to their role. Implementing policies and procedures allows us to take a consistent approach throughout our organisation as a whole and ensures we have a set standard of quality services.
